Please take a few moments to carefully review the important information and guidelines below before signing up, as the links and details contain everything you’ll need to know about participating as a vendor or exhibitor.
About SonRise Music Festival
We are excited to invite you to SonRise 2026, a growing Christian Music Festival located at the beautiful Virginia Beach Oceanfront! Our festival offers a unique opportunity for vendors because, in addition to festival guests, the busy boardwalk traffic also has access to the vendor area—creating wonderful exposure for your organization or business.
SonRise Ministries is an IRS-recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization led by dedicated board members and volunteers who are passionate about sharing the love, hope, and message of Jesus Christ with our community.
Vendor Information & Guidelines
Insurance Requirement
To participate, all vendors are required to provide a current Certificate of Liability Insurance with a minimum of $1,000,000 coverage. The vendor/exhibitor must be listed as the primary insured, and SonRise Ministries Inc. must be listed as an additional insured. Certificates are due no later than July 15, 2026.
Booth Space
Vendor spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Each vendor will receive a 10x10 booth space on the boardwalk. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tent, tent weights, tables, chairs, extension cords, and lighting (if electricity is requested). All booth materials must remain within your assigned 10x10 space.
Vendor Fees
- Before June 15, 2026 — $125
- After June 15, 2026 — $175
Your vendor fee includes two single-day festival passes. Additional tickets may be purchased using a special vendor code that will be provided once your application has been approved.

Reservation & Refund Policy
Please note that booth reservations are not confirmed until we receive:
- Your completed application
- Payment
- Required city documentation
If cancellation occurs before July 15, 2026, a refund will be issued minus a $25 administrative fee. Unfortunately, no refunds can be issued after July 15, 2026.
Festival Day Information
Once approved, you will receive:
- Your assigned vendor space
- Load-in instructions
- Arrival times
- Boardwalk access details
- Additional festival procedures
All vendors must be fully set up before festival gates open on Saturday. Please note that vendors will participate on Saturday only, as Sunday will be reserved for a special worship/church service. We would love for you to join us for this meaningful time of worship and fellowship as well.
Products & Services
We kindly ask that all products, displays, and services align with the mission and values of SonRise Music Festival. We reserve the right to decline or remove vendors whose products or services are not considered appropriate for the event. Counterfeit or fake branded merchandise is strictly prohibited.
