Taresa Nunn has lived in Virginia Beach for 46 years. She graduated from high school with Trina. She has been married to her amazing Godly husband Dan for almost 33 years. They have 5 children, 13 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
She has worked as a controller for Harvey Lindsay Commercial Real Estate for 38 years.
"I have always been moved by music, especially Christian music. I have been praying and searching to find a place where I can serve God and my community for sometime now. This past year volunteering for SonRise I knew this was it". What a blessing to have this in our backyard.

Why worship?
There are so many ways to worship, my favorite is through music. I am so moved by music and especially worship music. The busyness of life and all the distractions it centers my heart and mind on Christ.
Why SonRise?
I have lived near a beach my entire life! A Navy brat born in Key West, lived in Jacksonville Fl, Charleston SC, until finally settling in Virginia Beach in 1977. I love that SonRise is at the oceanfront, and in my hometown! What an amazing way to reach people for the Lord!
